Meet Nichole
Proudly born and raised in the Manawatu, Nichole Cobham is a fully qualified physiotherapist with a special interest and extensive training in Pelvic Health.
Nichole Cobham trained as a Physiotherapist at Otago School of Physiotherapy, graduating in 2013. She returned to the Manawatu to jump into her career, serving alongside respected physiotherapists in diverse forms of musculoskeletal treatment. She has also served as Physiotherapist to the Central Women's Hockey NHL team - the Central Mysticks.
A friend's pregnancy and clients’ frequent struggles with Pelvic Health inspired Nichole to learn more. Consequently, this ignited a newfound passion. She found herself frustrated by a lack of local resources and made the decision to focus her career in Pelvic Floor Health.
Nichole continued her studies in 2017 through the University of Melbourne, receiving a unique Pelvic Health qualification. A lifelong learner, Nichole diligently works to find regular training opportunities throughout New Zealand.
Meet Grace
Grace began her Physiotherapy journey as she has a passion for helping people. She believes that Physiotherapy should be about going above and beyond with every patient and is driven to improve their quality of life and personalised goals.
Grace graduated from AUT in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy). Since then, she has enjoyed up-skilling in the areas of pelvic health, vestibular and concussion management and dry needling.
Grace completed further training to become a Pelvic Health Therapist as she started to notice a need for this in the community and has always had a particular interest in pre- and post-natal care. Grace, a self-proclaimed ‘nerd’, enjoys staying up to date with current literature and best practice as Physiotherapy is ever-changing.
Grace and her Husband welcomed their first child, a baby girl into the world in March 2024. Besides spending time with family, Grace enjoys swimming, snowboarding, visiting local cafes and reading in the sun.
